PCI E right? I would do this, do you have CSS running on your system? what are the average FPS you get from that test at the menu?

LoL - No, I don't. I still own the game but I started having STEAM issues and so I dumped it (steam). I could try to re-install and get back to you.

that would be cool, BTW they totally redid steam now so its like 10x different and a lot less problems.
