fedora hangs at keyboard selection lmao maybe it doesn`t like usb keyboards?

I installed with no special options, using a USB Kb & mouse, and did it from my sata dvd drive.

Text install shows it hang wilst trying to figure out what to do with my video card 8800gtx going to see if it compatible at all or not :D

Got it working. BLAH

Off to try Teamspeak bitches.... I'll be playing this weekend for sure :)

Hell no I'm not sure, I've read 100 post about TS not working with 2k4 on Linux, and 100 others that it works fine. Time to check it out I guess.

TS works, although I have no "in game" sounds or music. Odd but hopefully repairable. There was no game sound before so I know the TS didn't break it.

Using a logitech usb headset with mic.. sounds crystal clear on ts :)

Wonder if ventrilo works well I like it better than teamspeak.

Go for it man :) The clan I'm in uses teamspeak, so thats good enough for me. PS, I didn't have to configure crap, it just 'worked'.

On Fedora 7, I open console and type /bin/./ts and blammo, there is it :)

I'd like to get the game sound working too, but it's not a hugh priority. I'll look at that lata.
