mouse lag in UT99 (Vista)

I just got a new computer and I'm having some mouse lag issues in UT99 and UT3. I've turned on/off mouse smoothing, turned on/off "disable acceleration in games", tried all the obvious. anyone have any idea's on what the problem might be? I would appreciate any help or advice. thanks

Jon

I don't think you're supposed to try to game with Vista.

When you got your new PC did you get a new big LCD as well? Sometimes it's the screen itself. If it's a wireless mouse... well, return it. You can also edit the mouse sensitivity in your UT.ini. Maybe change it to 5.0 and see if it makes a difference, if it does you can just adjust it to taste.
