I have this cassette tape.....

from about 13 years ago with part of a song (instrumental mood music) I recorded off the radio and I want to find out who made it and get the whole thing.
Anyone know of a site where you can submit a music clip and have it find out what the song is either by comparing it to a data base or actual people listening to it? I found several sites where you can hum a tune or sing it yourself but I doubt that will work in this situation.

Crap.

I stumbled across one a few weeks ago.
I'll try to remember it but no guarantees.

It sounds like something from a "Made for TV" movie. I'm going to send the link to Sckott - Admin Cow - he was a DJ for one of the local radio stations and is still a hardcore music buff.

Sounds like Kitaro type of new age music.

The lyrics are quite disturbing.

Sounds like some John Tesch crap my x-wife had on CD. She would play it at night to relax before going to bed. It was also useful for preventing sexual activity as listening to it made me feel really gay.

John Tesh.

I went to

http://www.cduniverse.com/productinf...90839566&BAB=E

And clicked on a bunch of the 'samples' for his music. I really think I'm barking up the right tree on this one.
