Movies: Cloverfield
 

Well, with all the conflicting reviews and opinions I've seen regarding this movie I was a bit skeptical going to see it but I took my oldest daughter to see it anyway. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It really wasn't what I expected at all. There was a "Blair Witch" feel to it because it was filmed in first person but the action, visuals and sound all worked together very well.
I don't think it will go over as well as a rental unless you have a big screen and a good sound system, some of the visual stuff is distant background stuff that won't show up well on the small screen. :( All in all a good movie in my estimation though. All opinions and suggestions of other good movies to go see are welcome.
