Upgrade
 

First computer upgrade in many years today.
In fact, I think the last time we played games together I may have had the same hardware... unless it's been THAT long.

At any rate, got a "new" motherboard and processor from my son's friend.

An I7-6700k which is much faster than my antique AMD system.

Fun times.

My brother, John aka RatRace, just got a new laptop. He way overpaid but he's needed something for a while so I think he's happy.

I'm still rocking a 4690k setup with a 1080 GTX card. My server is much newer though. 1950x thread ripper.

Last weekend, I got a GTX 1070 for $100 and trade of my Radeon RX 460.

Upgraded again.

ryzen 7 3800x and an nVidia RTX 3070

I upgraded a little while ago myself.

5950x and 3090 with a custom water loop

It replaced a 5950x with a 3070Ti (air cooled) setup I was using before.
