Iomega home server
Hey gents - anyone have any experience with this thing? I am having one hell of a time trying to get it set up to be accessed from the Internet, and the media streaming never works for more than a few moments when attempting to serve stuff to either the PS3 or Xbox.
I am actually going to break down and call Iomega soon, but I figured I'd ask here to see if anyone has used one of these NAS servers from Iomega with any success for either file sharing over the Internet or DLNA streaming. Note: Sony's PS3 forums have tons of people with the same errors I get, and nobody seems to know squat about how to remedy the streaming issue. Honesty, I haven't looked at the Xbox forums yet. Iomega's online support sucks.

Nope. Not that one.
I've got a 2TB Buffalo NAS and an 8TB Thecus N8800 Network Storage Server. I set up media streaming on the Thecus and it works fine but I don't think anyone has used it that much. It just worked. I haven't read a ton of good reviews about the Thecus product and it was pretty expensive but it was for work so there's that.
