Few good games are on sale right now on Steam;

Left 4 Dead - $4.99
Post Apocalypse game where you and three other survivors have to make your way through different levels to a rescue point.


Killing Floor - $4.99
Fend off wave after wave of different specimen until you fight the Patriarch. Leveling up your character along the way; based on Unreal Tournamanet 2004's Unreal Engine; you can play the UT2k4 Mod version of this game if you have UT2k4 for free; but the stand alone game is so much better. Well worth the $5. Lots of DLC you can buy too, but I'm not interested in the offerings they have (Different playable characters and a weapon pack)


I picked up these games on a Steam sale about a year ago. Well worth the money IMHO.

picked up orcs must die 2. nice coop on it. got over 1800 hrs on left 4 dead 2. competetive play not too bad.

I'm not a big fan of L4D2. Just doesn't feel right to me. I like the first one a lot better.

first one is awesome for a real effect and dark nature of a zombie apocalypse.

2nd one was made for competetive play only.

Never could get into L4D2 to play competitively. Though I do play VS mode a lot in L4D1.

Between L4D, KF and Skyrim I've been occupied. If only BF2 would run right on W7; but I can't seem to prevent it from CTD every time I play. Usually lasts about ~10 minutes before it happens.

I also play CSS occasionally.
