Call of Duty 4

My son bought "me" Call of Duty 4 yesterday because they had a 25% discount.

I'm not liking it very much!

It reminds me a bit of Counter Strike Source. Not totally but the pacing and physics.

Anyone else have this game?

I have it I play mostly on hardcore servers. You rank up pretty fast not like BF2. It is a change of pace from playing BF2.

I played the demo. It had me thinking back to MoH days lmao listening to my brothers complain cuz You and B would be tearing them up... That shit was quite fun but shortlast when 1942 hit. Hows it compare to that Andy?

how does it compare to MOH?

Frankly, I just can't remember.

That's what old age does to a man.

There's 3 or 4 guys at work that are playing the crap out of it, but they were COD loyalists already.

All of the Call Of Duty games feature a familiar type of gameplay... but the fact is that the creators of the games have gotten this down to a science and have repeatedly(!) created a very immersive gameplay experience. Because every level and game are slightly different, and have their own perks, COD has not devolved into a mindless rehash, but has rather brought an opportunity to purchase a title that has a good chance of being as enjoyable as the last, with a non-existent learning curve.
