What mutators are you running on your server?
My map's huge so if you have a medium or low end Vcard it will be a bit laggy when you turn. I have 2 complete maps if you'd like to add them to your server, each are designed for the ESR so if you did install them and had trouble then it would be the mutators you have or something set incorrectly in the server ini. let me know, I'll link you to them. Whats your server name and IP?
