I'm still waiting for a "Modern" Unreal Tournament, similar to how the Croteam released the "HD" versions of it's Serious Sam series a while back. The exact same game just ported to the newer engine with better graphics. Gameplay and everything remained the same. Epic could take some notes.

Nexuiz. Defintely an attempt at a remake. Made a crappy little video of the gameplay killing bots. Has great potential with the cryengine 3. The following is not that big though. The instagib is big and clunky but its still there.
